Has anyone else being using the lockdown times to do more actual cooking? And what have you being making?

I enjoy cooking anyway, as I find it very relaxing (particularly with the addition of a beer into the mix) and you have the added bonus of good food at the end of it, a lot of which I tend to portion-up and freeze for times when I know I will be getting home late from work etc.

I've found that these lock down times have made me do more creative things with food, or try different things due to availability issues, that I normally wouldn't have previously. So, the other night I made a sausage casserole. Later this afternoon I'm going to have a stab at making beef mince kebabs https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/beef_mince_kebabs_02661 , whereas I would normally have just made a chilli or bolognese pasta with those ingredients.

Feel free to share your favourite recipes, meals to cook, any of your own lock down innovations or whatever you are cooking tonight :)
