When was the last passenger train to go to Rugeley PS? This will probably be the last because the line doesn't have much of a future, what with the cessation of coal traffic.

25 years ago, the one and only train believed to have been into Rugeley. Nothing else after this one

Thanks. Unlike the Ironbridge branch, this line doesn't pass through tourist-y areas and there aren't any opportunities to extend nearby heritage lines to connect with it.

Regarding that railtour, it seemed like a good trip and it's interesting to see that the Telford MOD branch was included as this line is now open again.
