I understand this tour has hit a bit of trouble this morning. Apparently brake problems and a carriage is being removed from the train.

Realtime Trains shows it still at Leamington Spa. Does anybody have any further information or know if it will actually reach Kent today?

Apparently it's just left Leamington, approx 3 hour late. As you say coach removed due to dragging brakes.

Looking that that rake of Rivieras 'collective finest', that comes as little surprise!

Nice picture Cliff, i see that they've repainted the front of the Western now to give it full yellow ends as well!

It seems that the reason for the delay what down to one of Riviera's Mk2suffering from binding brakeblocks which caused shifted tyres on the 5th from last carriage - DBS are to foot the bill.

Looking at the videos of the return journey though it did have a storming run back!
