I cant help feeling that the whole process is a) hypocritical and b) open to some form of abuse.
a) because the store people go on and on about treat time giving the wrong emphasis to children but the end up ordering thousands of them.
b) no one apart from asda ordered anything, so why were the others so wrong footed by their competitor, or were they? Is there malpractice going on somewhere?
Also there is already a product called Milky Way Magic Stars with a similar packet. Yes I know they are chocolate and not biscuits but why did no one point out the potential for legal action by a competitor for copying a brand name?
Finally, bull***** Sugar (the man who bled millions out of Spurs) always goes on about working in a team, but most teamwork does not involve working with every single team member who is in direct competition with the team leader, and likely to jump at a chance to ruin their efforts as soon as they seem something going slightly wrong?
