Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. Happily I'm at the conditional offer stage for a driving job, and I just wanted to say thanks for all the stellar advice on this forum, it really has been phenomenally helpful.

To anyone looking to become a driver, although the selection process is gruelling compared to other jobs, if you prepare well and use the advice on these forums it's absolutely doable. The search function is your biggest ally, chances are the question you want answering has already been asked many times before.

You are right about the search function. Unfortunately, some don't spend enough time on this forum using its facilities at full.
