Many thanks to the RailUK tickets team for making it so easy for me to get a full refund of tickets (including one Advance) booked for 25 June. Hope the Do Not Travel warning entails that retailers possibly retain some commission for their nugatory work?

Sadly not (and you don't get the payment provider fees back either).

Part of providing a good service though, and you hope that most customers will find the experience reassuring enough to consider re-booking.
