Well i have found this forum extremely helpful through my journey with the GTR assessment. Thank you for all the great information it has been very useful. I found out this week that I have passed my MMI and just need to pass a medical but only when they have some courses available and that won't be before March 2018, so am very happy that but a shame to have to wait some more. One question I have for you all - What does the medical consist of?

Sounds like a silly question but what is the blood pressure range? I am doing a general test with my doctor soon and interested to know where I should be. I am relatively fit but family members on both side have a history of high blood pressure.

You'll also be tested for alcohol as well as drugs, so a quick breathalyser

It isn't a pass/fail test, just part of the assessment of your overall health.
