You would only be delivering to the reception area, not to the offices themselves but that's not a reason not to try.

Good to hear - obv a good outcome and shows prompt responses when chips are down - keep your proof of payment and all paperwork / communications about this - and keep them long term (over a year) - there may be something you also need to do in due course to get written confirmation that any court action proposed has been withdrawn, and you may want to verify that with the court ahead of any dates that were scheduled.

Just belt and braces stuff to ensure the matter is concluded and you can prove that in due course should the need ever arise (unlikely hopefully but as you have seen, things do go astray and errors happen).
