Thameslink Delay Repay Website - Down?

Evening,

Has anyone tried to use the Thameslink (or, for that matter, Great Northern or Southern) delay repay website today?

All day I've been having difficulties logging in, only able to do so once every few attempts. When I can log in, the website won't let me upload a PDF scan of my travel tickets, meaning I can't complete the claim.

I was also getting a "404 page not found" error when I tried to re-set my password earlier, before being able to log in for the first time earlier today.

I don't use X / Twitter so called the customer service number and spoke to a helpful gentleman who suggested using a different web browser, a different device, a different Internet connection, clearing cache and cookies - all to no avail.

I've got an email typed ready to go to their customer service department but just wondered if anyone else was experiencing similar difficulties.

Seems to be working fine for me, I was able to get through the form (though didn't submit it, if that's where the issue is).

For the last month or so, I've gotten on-and-off errors when attempting to sign in to the site as my requests have been "blocked due to administrative rules".

I thought this was VPN/connection-related, but it's happened at home, on my mobile data, and using on-board WiFi on Thameslink.

Checking now, it seems like they've worked around this by... removing the option to log in and dumping you straight on the page to make a claim?

Just to round this thread off, before emailing customer services this morning I tried once more to complete the claim online - and hey presto the website was working just fine.

I can only assume there was a bug or glitch yesterday, or the site was undergoing updates, maintenance etc.

Based on the fact it's been doing this on and off for a while, I expect it'll stop working again at some point soon. Get all your claims in while it works for a bit!

Definitely seems to be a bit messed up at the moment.

Tried to claim today and noticed it doesn't seem to pull up my account now even when signed in on the main site, so I have to type in my address and smartcard number.

Then when putting in my travel time it was unable to load up any of the past scheduled trains, so I had to put the exact one in manually.

To top it off it then said my bank sort code and account number was not valid.

Seemed like the repay site was just running on its own without any connection to whatever internal/external systems it needs. I gave up in the end, will try again in a few days.
