Thameslink Ashford question

Can anyone help. I’m trying to find out if Thameslink are in the process of opening a new depot in the Ashford area - if anybody know if this is correct, do you have any info like dates, which TOC....

Thameslink do have a depot at Ashford. It’s open, but nothing is running from it yet.

Sevenoaks to Blackfriars
Orpington to Kentish town

Think they also do part of the rainham route but unsure how far down they go.

No extra Kent services until December 2020

Presumably the main reason they can't start running the Maidstone East Thameslink service yet is because they have nowhere to stable the units until the Chart Leacon sidings are reopened and SE can move some stock over there?

Until then it's easy street for Ashford GTR drivers.
