Thalys delay query

Good morning,

I traveled from Brussels to Aachen recently. The train was the 1728 hrs, due to arrive at Aachen at 1836, however this train was badly delayed and we arrived in Aachen about 90 minutes late. Can I claim delay compensation & if so does anyone have an address for Thalys?

I should like to say, how impressed I was with the onboard service when the train did come, just a shame about the delay.

You should get 50% back as a voucher or alternatively by bank transfer
