TGV season tickets

Do season tickets exist on French TGV trains? If so, have you got any sample fares and how do they work given that the trains have compulsory reservations?

say that unlimited TGV travel costs €825.60 per month? What happens about reservations, given that reservations are compulsory?

Back in 1992 I used a France Vacances pass ( now long since extinct; basically an all of France Rail Rover available to those not resident in France ) and did a lot of TGV travel; there was a nominal reservation fee and I was able to buy them by going to the ticket office prior to travel and did get some just a few minutes before departure.

So I'd imagine that this is how the season ticketing works.
