Some good news from Alsthom with the introduction of their TGV Océane - basically an updated Euroduplex for Paris - Bordeaux.

I think the updated décor is most welcome - though not to my own taste - it's a big improvement in my opinion. I had always found the TGV Duplex sets dark and very dated - even the more recent 2N sets. Also nice to see that the SNCF are finally putting proper buttons on their train doors and introducing Wifi.

Looks good. Had my first ride on the TGV Duplex in May from Paris to Munich and loved it. Seat was really comfy and good view from the top deck. Hope this is only an improvement on that.
