Hello, would anyone have any thoughts on these two issues?

I make my journeys with a 52 week Zone 1-4 nTrain season ticket (loaded onto a Swift card purchased via TfWM/Swift website).

1. Sometimes journeys I abandon journeys due to cancellations and take the bus at own expense instead (because the post-covid frequency is still awful). WMR say the most I can do is claim delay repay as if I had taken the journey. Because it is a season ticket is there nothing more I can do in terms of requesting pro rata refunds like people can do with Consumer Rights Act for cancelled/delayed abandoned journeys on day tickets?

2. Strike Action - WMR say to claim through Delay Repay form. Sometimes (usually Sunday (I normally travel on a Sunday)) no trains show on the DR form to select so no claim can be made as form can't be progressed (for most strike days they make the scheduled timetable available to select against). Some days WMR have chosen not to run a service either side of the strike date and the same issue occurs. What refunds can I request in this regard? I've tried contact WMR who have said I need to contact TfWM as it's a TfWM ticket, but TfWM say there is nothing they can do as they just send all the money directly to the TOCs with no way of reimbursement to them them possible, it needs to be made via WMR - not been able to get anywhere with either TfWM/WMR on these and I don't think I can go to the ombudsman as it's TfWM sold tickets?
