One of the screening questions says something about if you are already a qualified conductor for another toc you are ineligible to apply. Would this be an issue if a qualified conductor applied? If there are no qualified vacancies what would be the harm in a qualified conductor going through the process again?

I did hear back the day after the assessment day via email

I have now been offered a start date end of January 2024.
