TFW smartcards

I've got a tfw smart card, and recently bought a season ticket using the app, and using the delivery method of onto the app, and then NFC to the smartcard, but after ordering found out my phone's NFC isn't working.

Is it possible to load it on to the card using the yellow machines at stations, or will I have to talk to staff to get it sorted? The season ticket doesn't start until Thursday, so I have a few days to try and resolve

Maybe see if a mate can download the app and you log in and load it that way?
