TfW Proposed Services from Wrexham

I was just having a scan over this Welsh Government document, when I noticed a couple of things I'd not before:

1. I thought we were due to have 1tph from Liverpool Lime St, destination alternating between Shrewsbury and Cardiff. This now appears to be 1tp2h, with 1tph going to Llandudno. Shame asI rather like the Liverpool-Runcorn-Wrexham direct train and was looking forward to an hourly version of it! Hopefully it'll be timed as such that it won't bother me as I tend to be quite predictable with my rail usage times
2. If you follow the top 'black' line from Liverpool Lime St, it looks like the aspiration is for that to be extended through to Wrexham General ... am I reading that right? Would that be Merseyrail extending it's reaches (not a bad thing ...), TfW taking on 1tph on that line (again, no bad thing), or neither?
3. Likewise, on first look I'd assumed that it'd be 4tph Wrexham Central to Bidston/Birkenhead North along the Borderlands line, but that looks like 2tph to Wrexham Central, 2tph to Shrewsbury ... again, is that right? Given this memorandum, that almost feels like handing over Wrexham Central to Merseyrail, so them running 2tph to Wrexham Central and TfW running 2tph Liverpool to Shrewsbury via the Borderlands line ... or something like that anyway.

If Merseyrail did take over the Borderlands Line trains would run to Liverpool Central to enable the Class 777 batteries to recharge.

My understanding was that the Liverpool train was going to be two separate portions splitting at Chester- one to Llandudno and the other to Cardiff or Shrewsbury via Wrexham. Llandudno one as part of the N Wales Coast timetable recast in Dec 23 (or at least was in the consultation timetables on the TfW website earlier this year), Cardiff not until Dec 24 after they have sorted out some level crossings. Consultation timetables have been taken off website, but someone on here may have downloaded a copy. Things may of course have been delayed for various reasons.

Services through on Borderlands to Liverpool were more aspirational and not in the consultation timetables, IIRC.
