TfW / Northern stored class 142 / 143 at Landore depot

Please can anyone shed any light as to which TfW class 142 / 143 units are currently stored at Landore Swansea depot.

Last I heard none. Apart from 4 which were waiting parts all the fit ones were brought out prior to a service enhancement at the beginning. I'll try and get an update in the meantime and post.

142010, 142073, 143623 were at Landore at the beginning of July awaiting wheelsets but not stored as such. 143602 and 143622 are possibly there and fit for traffic and can be called back to Canton any time. All the others are now in service with 18 diagrams to cover daily. This is the latest position that I am aware of so may not be completely up to date.

One of the 143s was shunting around Landore just now but couldn't make out which one.

142010 moved from Landore to Canton Friday 4th. 142073 should have moved also but due to problem on Depot stayed behind.

142073 ran empty from Landore to Canton today following it's failed attempt earlier in the month

Only just seen this thread, so apologies if the info is too late.

142 079 has just gone out by road for scrapping. DMSL 55775 went yesterday and DMS 55729 this morning. This is one of the ex Northern Rail units.

The other Northern Rail unit, 142 012 will be going off for scrap tonight (55603) and tomorrow (55553)

Stabled on site - but ready for traffic are 143's 602, 604, 622 & 623.



55603 waits its turn, as 55729 is put on the low loader this morning.

Can’t find anywhere on here if 142086 has been scrapped yet (it went to Canton?). It was the last 142 that I ever worked 2 days before it headed south.
