TFW legal action threat

My refund requests were being help up due to frequently requests already, and i thought it was suspended. they did email me about it in january.

What did they say in January? If you came here on 20/01 to ask a question on a thread about fraudulent refunds, they must have said something that made you think they were investigating you.

Yet you still requested a refund for later dates in January and they claim to have evidence you used the tickets on those dates?

Something seems off here.

I think you have to accept that buying tickets online and then collecting them at your departure station just before the anxiety kicked in is going to look very suspicious, given how many times it happened. Frankly, it’s rather difficult to believe.
