TfW Delay Repay

Submitted a Delay Repay application to TfW for a delayed journey from Shrewsbury to Caersws one Saturday a few weeks ago. This was for both myself and my "helper"
Ticket price was £6.15 with a Disabled Adult Railcard each, for both myself and my "helper". Total £12.30.
Copy of both spoiled tickets submitted and today I have received a reply telling me I will receive RTV's to the value of £1:54.
By my calculation I should be entitled to 50% for each ticket, so a total of £6.16.
Appeal lodged this evening, but am I correct?
If they disagree where can I take it further?

Were they returns or singles? If they were returns, you only receive 50% of the relevant portion (25% overall) for a half hour delay, and the full amount of the relevant portion (50% overall)
