Plan for Saturday should see:
HD01+67014 In service out of Cardiff
HD02+67020 In service out of Crewe
HD04+67029 In service out of Crewe
HD06+67016 In service out of Cardiff
HD07+67013 In service out of Holyhead

HD03 is stopped on Saturday and Sunday for minor exam, HD05 is planned to head to Crewe ETD tomorrow for tyre turning so will be there over the weekend.

Sunday has HD01 and HD02 available at Canton with HD04 and HD06 available at Crewe so will be one from each pair on the Sunday diagrams.

Thanks so much, looks as if I'm putting my trust into HD04 on Saturday then!

This weeks been good, I can't think of any other swaps at all this week as it's turned out, until today.
Last week on the other hand was awful with it being Friday evening until 5 sets were out.

I think Monday the 0853 CDF to MAN was a unit and this morning it looks like the Swansea starter was a unit. Rare for that one to be a unit since the timetable change.

Yes, the usual swap diagram out of Cardiff is for the earlier one as its an out and back Canton diagram, believe this mornings issues.only became apparent after that one had left the depot.

I only remember about Monday as was keeping tabs more this week for my trip on Wednesday!

I see the 1230 Manchester to Cardiff has been upgraded from a 2 car to 3 car 197. I think this is also the only Manchester-South Wales thats not 5 cars today.

With the Holyhead running loco hauled
Instead of a unit.

Had a very comfortable ride aboard 67020 + HD07 today from Crewe to Bridgend, standard class is very impressive compared to a 197, the 197 I took up had SD+ yet I still found the MK4s comfier! Brilliant really!
