Does anyone know which trains are covered by the TfW 769s at Cardiff?

Unfortunately RTT does not show the train allocations for TfW

They only work Penarth to Bargoed and Rhymney services. The number of workings covered depends on how many are available but both Penarth to Bargoed and Penarth to Rhymney cycles take three hours to repeat.
