Just had a telephone interview with tfl for customer service. A couple of my other colleagues passed last week and some of them were told straight after the telephone interview that they had passed and will be invited to the next stage. After my interview I was told that they will get back to me in 5 working days, does that mean I didn't pass?

Not at all, it probably means you perhaps did not score highly on certain questions and they would need to review this against other candidates on points criteria.

I took mine way back in 2009 for the Revenue Protection position and was told the next day I passed, but always wondered about the phone bill.

Any-who just keep positive:D
