I'll post this here as it covers multiple forms of transport. Had a call last night from a market research guy doing a survey on behalf of TFL. Didn't mind this as I've done TFL surveys before. Went through the questions then he asked me to think in terms of transport facilities in my particular London borough. Caught him out when he asked questions about London Underground and I replied 'not applicable', since the underground doesn't actually run through my borough. He admitted that he hadn't realised that, and that nobody had come up with that response before.
