TfL Staff - NR Priv Rate Query

Soon to start a job with TfL (Corporate) and was wondering what I'm entitled to (as a head start for what I should expect!) as the information currently available on the internet is a little confusing and contradictory.

Of course, I know I'm entitled to a Staff Card + add a Nominee Card (for free unlimited travel on TfL services + a few select NR routes), but when it gets into general NR territory is where I'm getting confused. Am I right in saying that I'm eligible for a Priv Rate 75% discount on leisure travel too across the country, or is it just for London (applied to a normal blue Oyster Card)?

My nominee also currently has a 18+ card, are they able to get the 75% discount applied (for commuting)?

Feel free to add anything else if I haven't mentioned it.

Whatever you do get, for your nominee it will be for leisure travel and the industry is very strict on priv/free travel misuse which could result in both of you losing your facilities and possible disciplinary action

I took voluntary severance from LUL/TfL back in 2005. I was offered either a retired staff oyster for myself and my wife OR a PTAC. As we didn't live in London I chose the PTAC option. However we have PRIV Oyster cards for when we travel down to London for use on TfL rail services. In addition we both have ENCTS passes so it's pretty inexpensive for us to travel in London. (I joined LUL in 1989)

I'm pretty sure I too get the 75% reimbursement on a NR season ticket, I have no use for it but my nominee does. I couldn't find out anything publicly facing about this but are they able to use instead for their travel instead of mine (this would be on SWR)?

The season ticket reimbursement is for employees only. As the Nominee Card is for leisure travel only they would not be entitled to any season ticket benefit as a season ticket is not considered to be appropriate for leisure travel.
