TFL S Stock testing

I went out to get some pictures of the S Stock on the Met today, it turned up after a while. These pictures are from a bridge just south of Northwood.







Looking at home already.

Yeah, it was sitting in Watford for 2 hours and Northwood for another 40 minutes or so, so by the time it went past the sun had gone in already.

From what I can see the passenger seats don't seem to have any cushioning - just looks like metal with holes in it!

Nice shots! I'm interested to see that they used fixed train numbers rather than the DMI.

Also, OOI, I was told the other day that the S stock cab was the biggest Bombardier had made, (inc. NR services)
