This is Platform 2 at Heathrow Terminals 2&3. This signage is the responsibility of Heathrow Airport Limited who run the station.
It’s very poor that it’s still up there. It’s obvious that Heathrow doesn’t care about that, as the “Heathrow Terminals 1,2 & 3” signs were removed on the same walls maybe a decade ago and have never been replaced.
