The passage regarding NR barcode tickets would seem to imply a short-term loophole whereby misuse or forgery of such tickets is not something LU are able to enforce against. Nor would it even be detected at stations not participating in the trial scheme!

Thanks for the Mediafire repository - very handy to have all those issues in one place.

As mentioned elsewhere on this forum the break was caused primarily by two developments - the TRU founder/primary contributor retiring after a 40-year career with London Underground, and the cyber incident aftermath. Apparently #156 (potentially a bumper issue) was scheduled for last month, but as the team is now one person smaller I'm happy to wait until after Xmas to request it through FoI if I'm not beaten to it.

Another new edition TRU156 has been published now. I have uploaded it on my mediafire link above. Good to see that the Ticketing And Revenue Update newsletters seem to be published on a regular basis again.

Interesting to see that TfL have backend reports to monitor for the same photocard number being recorded for a discount on multiple Oyster cards. I kind of suspected this as why else record the data, but nice to see it confirmed!
