I'm trying to change the station it is giving me to change at. The route is is giving me is London bridge - Finchley Road - Uxbridge.

But I want to change at Baker Street instead of Finchley Road. Is it possible to select this route? I've tried the Via option but as its on my same route is does not work.

Why would it matter? They are on the same route surely there is nothing stopping you simply changing a few stops earlier?

Im just trying to work out the timings as the tube leaving from Baker Street would be earlier than Finchley Road. I guess I would have to get the time for that separately.

As a very rough rule of thumb, allow two minutes per station on the Underground.

In some cases it'll be a bit longer, in other cases it'll be a bit shorter, but as an overall average it does work very well.

Changing at Baker Street (escalator, concourse, stairs) is going to take around four minutes longer than changing at Finchley Road (cross-platform). That's why the journey planner route is that way, even though the Jubilee line between Baker Street and Finchley Road (two stops) takes longer than the Met (no stops).

Ah i see. other question, how can I plan from East Croydon to Heathrow terminals 123 without going on the HEX?

And I've noticed that some buses it gives dont accept oysters :( How can I make it search for buses that do?

Probably the best thing is to use the "advanced options" and state a station on the Heathrow branch of the Piccadilly Line (e.g. Osterley) in the "I wish to travel via..." box.

And I've noticed that some buses it gives dont accept oysters :( How can I make it search for buses that do?

Buses or coaches? In central/inner London, anyway, I've only ever latter being suggested. In that case, just untick the "coaches" box, also in the advanced options, to ensure they aren't suggested. But if it's proposing non-TfL buses (like those that link Heathrow to Staines or further into Surrey or beyond) I'm not sure there is any direct way to exclude them from the search results
