The new fares on Tfl for 2015 have been announced

One thing I noticed is the withdrawal of the lower off peak cap for Oyster PAYG fares.
So travel will be capped at the peak rate even if you only travel in the off peak.
This results in a small reduction for off peak travel in Zones 1 - 2, but a 37.8% increase for Zones 1 - 4, and a 72% increase for Zones 1 - 9
