Tfl CSA role

My partner is currently going through the recruitment process for a CSA role with tfl. She wears a hearing aid in both ears (partial hearing loss) and is concerned that this may affect her chances at passing the medical - I believe this has a hearing test element to it? Tfl are aware of this and haven't dismissed the application on these grounds. Any ideas what may happen?
