Nope, and interestingly, when I tried to find it a few days ago it seemed to have been deleted/hidden from TfL's consultations hub. (Normally closed consultations remain viewable.)

I seem to recall the idea was originally that cash fares would be abolished in 2014 – maybe that didn't mean necessarily at the start of the year, but if it did, it obviously hasn't happened.

That is odd.

The press release is still there though.

Hi, I was notified during the week, that I've been added to the contactless pilot. The email says that the pilot covers rail only. Also it says that once I've registered my debit card details, the website will say I'm good to go, but in fact I should wait for a confirmation email from tfl before trying my card at a station. I haven't received this email after nearly a week.

As there are no contact details for feedback, I really don't know where to confirm where I can use my card (rail only isn't that useful to me, unless it means tube and dlr too) and when I can use it.

Does anyone have any info on the pilot and/or where I can go to for help?
