From Friday 6 March, we are changing the way you board some buses in your area, and you'll only be able to board New Routemaster buses using the front doors on the following routes:
3, N3,16, N16, 24, 27, N27, 68, 91, 148, 159, 168, 189, 390, 415

Weird it does not cover route 38 and 507 :?:

I think people will understand the Red Arrow (the brand is used again) being different, and even if they don't there's no harm getting on at the front.

38 (and other LT-operated routes not mentioned) will change at a later date, it is a phased introduction as the driver's cab door controls have to be modified. 8, 55, N8 and N55 have already been done.

It will just slow the boarding down and could, probably more in theory than in practice these days, see an extra bus required to maintain bph in the peaks.

Yeah I completely disagree with their idea, it's unfair for those who like to grab a seat quickly upstairs.
