The BBC is reporting that a number of TFL vehicles are getting a special livery to mark the 25th anniversary of the network, including a Jubilee line train
A tram, a zero-emissions bus, and a Jubilee line train are among the services to have received the new look, marking moments such as the launch of the Oyster card in 2003 and the opening of the Elizabeth line in 2022.

Also, have any of the deep level tube line stocks had liveries before?
There have been a few deep-level stock with promotional or advert liveries before, Particularly with various across the 73 and 92 (W&C only) stock fleets. Notable ones include the Night Tube and United Airlines liveried 73 stocks, and a number of advert liveried 92s down at Waterloo.
I believe there was also a special liveried 96 stock on the Jubilee back in around 2006-ish promoting the 7 car extended trains. Not sure if it was just added over the top of the regular corporate livery on one of the existing trains with a new 7th car added, or if it was on one of the brand new full 7 car trains built in 2005. If the latter, It would be interesting to know whether it came out of the factory already in the promo livery or if it was added on afterwards. I'm sure someone will know.

Did some digging on this. One of the liveried 96 stock trains was unit 96107, seen in the photo linked below: 1996 Tube Stock at Stratford
The photo was taken on April 10th, 2006, but according to this Railway Movie Database article, 96107 was used in the filming of Creep, released in 2005, which rules it out from being one of the brand new trains.
I did, incidentally, find this comprehensive list that answers my question perfectly, I'll attach it as no doubt someone else will find it interesting as well. All Over Advertising Trains On The Underground

I found a photo from August 1999 (according to the metadata, although I think the livery goes back to 1998) Flickr link to a DLR with a London Knights livery
Also found photos of DLR trains with a LycaMobile advert (Link), a Serco advert (Link), a pride livery (Link), a General Electric advert (Link), and a Queen's Golden Jubilee livery (Link).
I had no idea about any of these, but it doesn't seem like a new concept at all.
