Any truth in the rumours tfgm are taking rotala to court?

Some accusations they had been a bit naughty about the definition of fixtures and fittings but havent heard anything, would have thought they have enough on their plate with a management buyout being launched three weeks ago by the CEO's family to delist the firm from the stock exchange.
