I decided to go to my local to test my new camera
Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ7

One thing I have forgotten to take was the Lens flare! :sign7:

Nice, crisp shots!

You seem to see a lot of 37601 (or at least similar ones) down your way, is it a regular working? Who owns it/runs the services, as the livery suggests Transrail, who to my knowledge don't exist anymore...?

It's one of the EPS 37s based at North Pole depot IIRC.

The Eurostar 37 workings are 0O07 North Pole - Clapham Junction - North Pole - Waterloo - Clapham Junction - North Pole, 0G01 North Pole - Dolland's Moor and 0G02 return. These work most weekdays.

Excellent choice of camera there, I got one for my birthday and love it. Easy to learn how to use and the provided lens flare is very useful.
Out of interest, what were the reasons behind you choosing it?

First of all I needed a Replacement for the Camera that was stolen [Lumix DMC LZ1]
I was planning on getting Lumix DMC TZ1, but when I looked at the Review for DMC FZ7, I decided to stick with that.
The FZ8 is out now for £299.99
