Test HST with a blue light . . .

Hi,

Saw the 1Z17 test HST passing Filton Abbeywood earlier and was surprised to see an intense blue light shining straight up from the top of one of the coaches... What is it for.... ?

To look at OLE (when there is OLE there, of course), I think. Just not turned off when no longer relevant.
