Terms and conditions - Open Access Operators compared to "conventional" TOCs

For drivers and on-board staff what if any are the main differences in terms and conditions between the various open access operators and other passenger train operating companies, given the owning companies of the former are the same as the latter?

As wildly varied as between franchised TOCs, and indeed, in many instances, within the same TOC

Which OA are you thinking of?
I had the same theoretical question recently. My main concern was union and pension. Some have rps which is good to hear.

I don't think many have RPS, as none have BR lineage

They do have union representation, on the whole

Hull Trains were in the RPS, but have recently closed it to new entrants.
