Quite interesting that. Not seen the ~ 30 minute programme previously. Definitely a product of its time (1960/61), and although parts were probably "staged", a good watch, nevertheless. Link to footage below...

Great film!
I remember watching it years ago.
BBC did something similar about Waterloo in the 80s, tbh, not much had changed!
