Terminating at Old Oak Common?

With the suggestion the WSMR are thinking of a new submission, it begs the question could they terminate at Old Oak Common?

A connector and using HS2 would help journey times, but is not likely.

However, could there feasibly be Chiltern platforms at OOC where a train could then terminate. Presuming Chiltern do not plan to bring their mainline services in, could an open access operator?

No connection between HS2 and the existing network will be built. The Chiltern platform(s) are just a proposal and Chiltern would run trains there. An OAO would have to fit around them assuming there was capacity.
