Telephone Interview with First

Hello,

I've recently been successful in getting a telephone interview with First. Has anyone done one before, and what questions do they ask you?

I'm both nervous and excited, as this represents an amazing opportunity for me!

It's for an Apprentice Business Admin role. It's the first time First have offered this, but I wondered if anyone else has experience of a First Telephone Interview.

I had a telephone interview as part of the sifting process for the civil service. All it was simply asking about my civil services competencies.

Has there been any indication in the correspondence from Arriva in what they will be asking?

My guess would be to treat it as you would if it was the face to face interview.

At least you’ll be able to have notes in front of you.
