telephone interview, Northern, York

I have a telephone interview next week and was just wondering if anybody has just had one ? if so what do they want to hear.

I did one a few years ago and was things like "what did I know about the company?", "why did I want to be a driver?", "tell me about a time when I delivered a good customer experience?" "What do you think would make a good driver?"

I really wasn't prepared for the questions as the interview was described as an informal chat, however, I winged it and passed (still not quite sure how). Good luck
