Talent Pools

After doing various searches I wondered what time scales people have been put in talent pools for before getting work, or Vice versa if they have outlasted the talent pool and had to apply again.

Recently been put in for FCC, I'm not expecting anything in the next few months but wondered how TOC's differed with the pools.

Talent pools can often be a total waste of time, I know people who have been in them and then told they had to apply again if they were still interested.

I was in the talent pool for 3 days before I got a call. Just depends how many people they are looking for and how many opportunities become available when your in the talent pool to be honest.

I was on hold for Seven months for trainee driver but got the call in the end.

I have been in one for 10 months, Old interview score ran out in November so attended a second interview in January to achieve a new score.

Have until early July now to be offered a job as conductor.

Just shows that sometimes things take time and you sometimes have to wait.
