Hi.

I have been recently offered a a position within a talent pool. Is anyone able to offer any guidance regarding the next steps? Time frame etc?

Unfortunately it comes down to “how long is a piece of string” some waits in talent pools are short and others can last a number of years or never be pulled out of them.

Congratulations… but Just park it and carry on with life .. if other posts come up that you’re interested in then keep applying ..there’s no guarantees even at this stage …

Thank you. I’m just inquisitive in regards to what further testing etc I will be experiencing
If you have done the psychometrics and passed the DMI only further thing to do would be medical and background checks once you get a conditional job offer.

Well, that’s a timeline I’d like to not experience
I’ve known trainees that have had to resit tests as they’ve expired on them! As above, get on with your life, apply for other vacancies near you if they arise because until you’ve signed a contract and you’re on a course you haven’t effectively been offered a position
