Tail Lamps

Hi.

A rather odd request but does anyone have a tail lamp (Modern flashing type) for sale or know where I can get one from.

I would be careful buying anything that could be operationally detrimental.

We had some nutter with a bardic lamp at Conwy a while back with a red aspect showing...

Same thing with the railway keys, if you start selling them, only takes a nut to jump in a train and off you go and SPAD.

If your railway needs it for operational reasons then I'm sure they know how to get one and from where.

You can source them from all sorts of places.

Old retired ones start to turn up at swap meets generally.

Official channels are generally too expensive so you will find many preserved railways will buy retired models off fleabay or similar.

The actual lamp using ones I don't believe are still supplied but there are plenty floating around for sale by collectors.

LED ones can be bought new but are a bit on the pricey side.
