System Requirements help

This has probably been done to death on here before, but ive recently aquired a copy of Railworks. What I want to know is what is the bare minimum that I can get away with system wise, and still run the game?
I'm running windows xp, 1.7 ghz processer, 512mb ram, 80 gb hdd, and a nvidia mx440 64 mb graphics card, would it run with these specs or would i need to make further improvements to my system? Cheers in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Though I do think that you need 2.0Ghz to run Railworks. I'm no expert though.
