Sydney Gardens, BATH photography

Hi all,

Does anyone know if Sydney Garden Walls, in BATH is still possible for photography over the low walls and bridges,

OR

have they put up that horrible 8 ft tall metal fencing yet?????


Was hoping to photo some steam this thursday!

No fences there currently so you can still shoot over the wall.

I was also thinking of Dilton Marsh, on the steep incline from Westbury to Warminster. Is the field on the gradient public footpath?

Are 'BathSpaCentral' (or whatever he calls himself these days), 'Captain Pink' and friends still causing problems at this location? Hopefully not, things seem to have gone quiet recently so maybe the fencing won't be required after all.
