Is there any swtrains staff on this website if so, Is there any conductors ? who recently joined the company ?

Im looking for some advice on the assessment centre,

If by swtrains you mean South West Trains, then I'm a Non Commercial Guard (all most the same as a conductor only difference is I don't do tickets). I've been working with the Company for two and a half years if thats any help to you?

As 455/8 but I have worked with them for 3 1/2 years, again non-comm guard.

No thanks i wanted help on the assesment centre but failed the 2nd part with the storys and Q/AS

I got most write .. but i got 23 out 32 .. and it wasnt enough to carry on

Bad luck mate, hope you'll try again and get through. From what I've heard, a lot of people reckon the 'second chancers' do better in the job 'cos they put more work in. All the best.

sorry guys, do u know what the regional allowance is for guards based in strawberry hill? in the contract it says that a regional allowance can be paid if applicable... does it apply? thanks a lot!! silvio
