Good Afternoon

Looking for some info on SWT's Wimbledon depot. What routes and traction do drivers (& trainees) sign? Also looking for any other info on the way the depot operates etc.

Thank you in advance

Routes I believe are
Waterloo - Guildford via Epsom, Cobham & Woking
Waterloo - Reading
Leatherhead - Dorking
Motspur Park - Chessington South
Surbiton - Hampton Court
Hounslow Loop
Kingston Loop
Strawberry Hill/Shacklegate Jn - Shepperton
Staines - Windsor
VW - Weybridge (and maybe Byfleet as well)
Woking - Alton
Clapham Yard
Via East Putney to Wimbledon
And of course Wimbledon Park and East Wimbledon depots
Link 2 is the same routes but more Altons and fewer rounders
Link 1 adds Guildford - Portsmouth Harbour, but it’ll be 10+ years before you get there as a new starter
Book on and off at Wimbledon Park, which is reached either by taxi at the start and end of the day, or by passing on the District line to Wimbledon Park depot
Traction is 444/450/455/456/458/707
Wimbledon is a young and quite happy depot, but unfortunately the work in the lower links isn’t all that great. Earliest start about 3, latest finish about 2
Hope that helps

Above is correct, but earliest start if I can remember is about 04.15am and usually latest finish back at the deport is about 01.30am
