I see the latest main line punctuality figures have dropped below the season ticket discount threshold. This is the first time since I switch to an annual season so I'm not sure how this works. When I renew in January, will I get a 5% discount because the rolling 12 month average dipped below 86.5% while my current ticket was valid, or is the only figure that matters the 12 month average on the day I renew?

Given I have held season tickets continuously for the current 12 month period (and a lot longer) the first option would seem fairer, as I have suffered the below standard performance, but I am expecting to be told it's the second.

A second question: As Delay Repay comes in before my renewal date, will there even be Passengers Charter figures available in January?

Thank you

Charter discounts and void days (where applicable) continue to accrue for season tickets purchased before the franchise change and should be applied at the time of the first renewal thereafter.

During the last four week period (23rd July to 19th August), SWT declared 10 void days across all of their Charter Service Groups except Island Line, due to the work taking place at Waterloo.

Season tickets, including renewals, purchased after the franchise change are dealt with through Delay Repay.

There will still be punctuality figures published in January for season ticket holders who purchased before Delay Repay kicked in.

For the purpose of renewal discount, it is the MAA in force at the time you renew that mattered, so the figures published this month is not relevant to renewals in January.
